JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVES
Responsible for operating Bekasap Gathering Station & / or Bekasap EOR plant, and its associated support systems safely, reliably and efficiently. Ensure the operation of the plant is in compliance with tenet operations, FSWP and applicable GOI regulations. Deliver plant output to the product and OE/HES quality standards. Actively participate in implementation of team OE programs that include Safety training, safety campaign, emergency preparedness, near-miss/incidents reporting, safety meeting, BBS and process improvement initiatives. Analyzing operations & maintenance and and make necessary adjusment/improvement accordingly. Responsible for FSWP matters, water injection daily reporting, ensure accurate data in central data base (Energy Component) to be used for production optimization.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- To be able operating Gathering Station, EOR Plant including injection well, Producer well facilities, transfer pump/shipping pump, Instrumentation, Tanks, Flow meters, Tank
gauges, Control valve, SCADA, waste pit, and enviroment regulation, Has capability to
develop JSA, SOP for GS & EOR operation and start up.
- To be able in oil and water treating facilities operations and maintenance, ESP pump, positive displacement pump, centrifugal pumps, tanks, pressure vessel, air compressor, high pressure pipe manifolds. Able to take decision immediately in securing GS & EOR facilities caused of equipment failure and unscheduled down time as well as emergencies.
- Capable to communicate with local community in negotiation of public issue, and familiar to evaluate LBD contract.
- To lead contractor and well checker in daily activities. Capable to build tem work with GS Operator among FMT-BKS and other teams, including MSS, REM, PG&T and HCT

During my placement with PT Ciba Vision Batam, I worked on a project to reduce Blister Damage from the Packaging process. I identified four major areas of Levelling Conveyor and Bucket Blister, researched possible changes to ingredients, technical support and to the baking process and presented to the manager, along with a written report. One of these was implemented, resulting in a 15% cost reduction
